Terms & Conditions

Our team believes in providing an enjoyable experience, while building lasting relationships with each of our clients. To help ensure that, we have adopted the following policies and procedures:

• A deposit is REQUIRED to schedule service. No exceptions.​

• Any material provided by the customer must be new and in its original packaging. No exceptions.

• A one-year warranty is applied to projects against BUILDER DEFECTS. Failure to execute the necessary upkeep will void this warranty.

• Cancellation of services for ANY reason prior to start date, will result in a 10% service charge deducted from the deposit. 

• Cancellation at any time during the project will result in a 100% loss of the deposit. In addition to a payment that reflects the progress of the project.

• In the event, that the client, friend, or family damages or disrupts the progress of the project. A $500 service charge will be issued.

• All payments are due in FULL at 100% completion of the project or on otherwise agreed upon date. Failure to do so, will result in a $50 fee each day payment is late.

• If removing a service from a bundle or discounted item from proposal, all items return to full price.

• Due to the nature of construction work, there will be days during the project that only allow and/or require 1 to 5 hours of work.

• The time frame given prior to the start of a project DOES NOT reflect a standard 9 to 5 hourly schedule. All time frames and scheduling will be discussed with the client ahead of time.​

•  If more/unforeseen work is added to the original project, and/or changes are made to the project, more time will be added to the previously given end date. 

• Wedge Concepts reserves the right to post any content from projects under contract on our website and social media. As well as the right to use the content for advertising, before, during, and after the completion of the project. Including but not limited to before and after images/videos.
